We have been hard at work the past few months designing and populating a new support portal to integrate our various support functions into one easy-to-use customer portal. The result is the *NEW* and MUCH improved HostingSupport.com.
The new support portal will effectively replace TicketMonster, the old HostingSupport.com site and our chat system with one seamless integrated system that will allow us to better serve our customers.
